These terms apply to your use of ubrinfra.com, which is run by UBR Infrastructure LLP (LLPIN AAE-4874), 8th Floor, Shiv Sagar Estate, Dr Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai 400018, India. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Information only
The site describes our services and publishes general information about Indian infrastructure. It is not advice, and using it, or contacting us through it, does not create a client relationship. We act for a client only under a signed engagement letter that sets out the scope, fees and terms of the work. See our disclaimer.
2. What we do and do not do
UBR Infra is a market-entry and business advisory firm. We are not a law firm, a chartered accountancy firm, a bank, a lender, a broker or a SEBI-registered investment adviser, and we do not give legal, tax or investment advice or arrange the sale of securities. Where a matter needs such advice, we work alongside your own qualified advisers or can suggest firms for you to appoint directly.
3. Ethics
We do not offer, pay or accept bribes or facilitation payments, and we will not take on any engagement that requires an improper payment or undisclosed influence over a public official. If we have any interest in a partner or project we introduce, we tell the client in writing before it proceeds.
4. Intellectual property
The text, guides, reports, design and logo on this site belong to UBR Infra or are used with permission. You may read, download and print pages for your own business use, and quote short extracts with a credit and a link to the page. You may not republish, sell or reuse substantial parts of the content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their owners, and their mention does not mean they endorse us or we them.
5. Accuracy and availability
We take care over the content, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or current, or that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors or viruses. We may change or remove content at any time.
6. Links to other sites
We link to government, lender, company and news sources so you can check our information. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: for example, do not try to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape it in bulk, or submit false, unlawful or harmful material through its forms.
